When sun changes it direction by shifting a bit towards the center of the horizon, it's light start to become pleasant, shiny and refreshing. It offers a very cheerful view of the environment after the short gloomy days of winter. With the start of spring, one can feel the wave of change in every creature on earth. The trees start to blossom, the grass transforms it's color towards green and the flowers tend to open up their petals to make the environment more vibrant and colorful.

 Its around 2 am in Xianlin and sitting in the balcony of my room, I can hear the birds chirping and making the atmosphere majestic by signing in the all dark, silent and peaceful atmosphere. Its still a bit cold here, but this coldness owns a unique warmth which makes you comfortable.

I use to hear to this lively sound of Red-wattled lapwing bird in this season at nights. When it used to be spring in my village, I still feel the comfort of the atmosphere, when I used to sit at rooftop and used to gaze to the mountains at the far side of my house at night.

 I used to feel that there is another world there, which only came into being at night which had all the peace of the world.  I always wished that I should be there at night where the bird was chirping, but I never had the courage to went there.

 I think that bird used to celebrate the arrival of spring and wanted to tell all the creatures to wake up and enjoy the blessings of this beautiful weather, a blessing from God. The birds are blessed that they can feel the true spirit of spring and its calm nights by flying and reaching wherever they want.

For me the true nature experience was when I used to go in the green wheat crop fields around my village. Where you see yellow and dark green contrast of wheat crop along with mustard plants.

Clouds in the spring bring a whole beautiful prospect of nature during the days, a prospect that you were not able to observe in the winter.

The rain in winter is mild consistent and irritating, but at the arrival of spring, it starts to become arrogant and wild. I feel that rain in winter never lightens nor do the clouds thunder while raining, but as soon as spring arrives, clouds start to thunder and flash along with the storms. For me spring has a sparkling charm whether it is here in Xianlin or 5000 km far away in Simbly (my Village).

 It creates the same charm and beauty in the environment, to praise, feel and make yourself revived to get ready for the liabilities and obligations to be fulfilled in the new season. Indeed spring is a gift from nature for those who feel it and love it like a chirping bird in the majestic night when everyone sleeps and it awakes to sing the songs of nature.
